Autumn continues to be amazing here. Neighborhood has all kinds of oak trees. Our big red oaks aren't done shedding their leaves until late December or early January. The pin oaks last even longer and are the toughest to blow.
Wrote a long overdue email to the Patient Advocate at St. Mary’s hospital, giving a short version of what I've been through and telling them I want the hospital to reimburse me for my share of the the co-pays I've had since the surgeries. I'm on a payment plan of $400/ month and every time a payment goes out, I relive it all.
Cosette's Gotcha Day was yesterday. We're so happy with her!

I love that Cosette had her special day.
I understand how paying every month is so, so frustrating!
1) ordered Dad some shelves for Christmas to store his hockey cards on. I was over there yesterday and there are boxes, binders and loose cards all over the back room. I think this will be great for him and we can create labels for them together
2) scales down a PILE this week and I am thrilled with this!
3) my new habit of watching My 600 lb Life and CUBIIing for 10,000 steps a day (takes me 2 hours but I'm just sitting there so why not?)
4) Ray gets home before I do and cooks supper. Last few nights it's been (and again tonight) 3 oz chicken and 4 asparagus spears with a little olive oil, salt, pepper, parm cheese cooked in the oven. I do grind it up in the blender but man it's good
5) sugar free jello pudding (chocolate and white chocolate). I add a couple of scoops of protein and make only 2 servings from a box and it's a really satisfying snack for me at night
