I know you don’t sit all day and I bet you are getting closer to 15,000 steps with your regular movement plus your CUBII!!!! Just curious. You are AMAZING!!!!!!

I walk to the car then from parking lot to back door of radio and back home again. Honestly, it's next to nothing. Just turned up the intensity today on my CUBII though and now I'm sweating. It feels good!
