My five… Posted by Cindy on 11/23/2025, 11:43 am, in reply to "Sunday grats..." 1. Quiet Sunday mornings! Love this time of the week. 2. I had lunch with Kim on Friday. Her birthday was Thursday and we always celebrate! Love her so much. She is a month and a day older than me! 3. I just got a text from our contractor who said his helper that knows how to adjust my lazy Susan so it will work is able to come over today!! Yay! This is the last thing they need to do on our kitchen! Fingers crossed he gets over here! 4. Time spent with Ken. Love that man of mine. 5. All the blessings we have. God is good.

I love that your Posted by Delta on 11/23/2025, 5:16 pm, in reply to "My five…" long-term friendship with Kim. We moved so much in the early years that I eventually lost all my childhood friends, and lately, all my long-term friends here have moved away or passed away.

Anywhere between 7:30 and 8, Cosette comes up near the back of my chair and rests her head against my shoulder and gives a little whimper. I ask her if she needs to go out and she acknowledges with a wiggle. I tell her to go tell daddy. She looks toward the den. I yell to Bill,"Co is coming to tell you something." She trots off toward the den and he meets her and let's them out. My house is so cluttered! Mission today is to declitter; without mercy to throw stuff away, make a Goodwill pile and to find a space for the 'keeps.' The last couple of days, I've spread peanut butter on a slice of bread and pushed blueberry into it. It's been so good, like having blueberry jam without the sugar! Long talk with Carin yesterday

I also love peanut butter on a slice of toasted bread with blueberries, strawberries, half a banana, sliced apple. It all works. One of my favorite snacks is to melt a tablespoon of peanut butter in the microwave and pour it over thinly sliced apples. Takes a while to eat and it good.

Five for me... Posted by Joan on 11/23/2025, 10:07 am, in reply to "Sunday grats..." 1. Sunday - The Thanksgiving food drive is over. Now, we're moving on to the Christmas food drive. I love this stuff! 2. Today at Church, I picked a tag off the giving tree to provide a gift for a needy child. I chose a teenager. I love this stuff! LOL! 3. Today was the Christmas craft fair at Church. I was only too happy to go shopping to support the members of the community! 4. I have a 6 month doctor's check-up appointment tomorrow, so Treat Day is postponed for one day. 5. FSF family and friends! I pray for all of you, your families, your friends in my daily prayers... and thank you for praying for me! Maintenance is a forever endeavor!

Έπρεπε να μετακομίσω άμεσα λόγω αυξημένου ενοικίου, αλλά τα έξοδα για τη μεταφορική και την εγγύηση ήταν τεράστια για μένα. Προσπάθησα να βγάλω τα χρήματα παίζοντας online, αλλά η τύχη μου γύρισε την πλάτη και έχασα 70 ευρώ σε λάθος επιλογές. Ήμουν σε απόγνωση και δεν ήξερα πού θα μείνω. Βρήκα το vegashero και έκανα μια τελευταία απόπειρα με υψηλό ρίσκο, ποντάροντας χοντρά. Κέρδισα ένα ποσό που πλήρωσε όλα τα έξοδα της μετακόμισης. Η ανακούφιση ήταν τεράστια. Τώρα απολαμβάνω το νέο μου σπίτι χωρίς άγχος. Μερικές φορές πρέπει να τολμάς.
