Seemed odd John and I doing it but the kids just haven’t been around much and hadn’t said anything (it’s our tradition) so we decided to do it Got my 1974 ceramic Christmas tree out. I love that thing. Maybe these things will help as I really don’t feel in the Christmas spirit Still happy from our Zoom meeting and looking forward to future ones. Back on plan good so far with eating. Blessed to have each and every one of you

Cinq Choses Pour Moi Posted by Krista on 12/2/2025, 4:26 pm, in reply to "Tuesday gratitudes…" 1) got over 7000 steps on the CUBII this morning watching the Dr Now 2) beans for lunch and will have unstuffed cabbage for supper with white chocolate fat free pudding for dessert 3) scale moving but MAN it's slow! 4) Ray put Christmas candles and a snowman that lights up in the windows at the house. Nice surprise to come home to last night 5) having the washer and dryer right in our bedroom (in a closet) - so convenient!

I was talking to a former neighbor. We were always trying to figure out why she was losing so slow. She doesn't like drinking a lot of water... but, says when she drinks water she loses more. I go in spirts when I drink a good amount and not enough.
