Joan… Posted by Cindy on 12/7/2025, 3:01 pm I checked on your cookies that you listed (can’t spell it so I wont try…LOL) and I think they are also called Pepper nuts which is one of Ken’s favorite cookies-but not mine! I am not a fan of the anise flavoring that’s in them. I have a recipe my mom gave me for them years ago and think I might try making some! Just have to buy the ingredients! I will be thinking of you when I make them and will let you know how they turn out! Normally I would not make cookies as they tempt me too much-but not so with pepper nuts!
