Whatever they use has a gentle, lovely fragrance. I can't tolerate strong scents. I get all stuffed up and sneezy. A career that allows me to keep working. Carin is happy. The boys love doing 'guy' stuff with Thomas. It is so good for them to have a man around. Carin said he is way more.patient with them than she is. They look happy! Busy client day ahead.

I have gotten to the point that I have only a few rare cleaning products that I can tolerate. I love microfiber cloths and mops because they do a great job when dampened with just a little water, but now, "they" are discouraging their use because they contain plastics. Plastics don't bother me short-term as much as chemical cleaners, and I probably won't live long enough for a microfiber cloth to get me. It's not like I use them that frequently lately. I use a lot of vinegar, peroxide, and baking soda when I clean, and I find it gets the job done as well as some of the expensive cleaners without having an effect on me. My whole sinus/upper respiratory illness started when my husband used some stuff for lime scale in the bathroom in November. I keep telling him to stop buying crap, but he doesn't feel that other things clean as easily.

Busy day at work yesterday. Today will probably be the same. Makes the work day fly by! 3. My brother is getting better. They can’t find a nursing facility that will take his insurance so they may end up sending him straight home instead of building his strength back up in a facility first. He will have home health care come out for PT and OT but I sure wish he could spend a week or so in a facility. He’s still a fall risk. 4. Thankful Ken and I have insurance that does pay for skilled nursing should I ever need it or Ken need it again. 5. Having enough. God is good.

That is strange Posted by Delta on 12/10/2025, 10:39 am, in reply to "My five…" Every policy I looked at when searching for a new provider paid at least 6 weeks of skilled nursing care if it was called for. But, when I was trying to get Mama in down here, no one wanted to take her from the hospital she was in because it does in-house rehab and they were releasing her. It is a crazy, messed-up system, and sick people should not have to navigate it. We have paid our dues all our working lives, and Veterans have laid their lives on the line, and they treat us like this. Don't get me started. I could stand on my soap box all day.
