How did the colonoscopy and endoscopy Posted by Beverly on 12/17/2025, 5:04 pm down the throat and thru the tummy... then into the colons and all around It's good to know that all the ulcers in my colons have healed. He took 6 biopsies. Hoping they will tell us why I still have nausea, throwing up, Diarrhea, mucus in stools, and burning in stomach, throat and mouth. Giving up dairy has helped some with the burning. I am thinking it could be reflux/gerd maybe. It was my surgeon's last week before retiring. On January 8thd I will see a new PA (my regular PA has cancer and has left the practice) and address what happens next. Get the results of the biopsies. Do I still need infusions if ulcers have healed and all the other Crohn's medicine? How to address all the other issues. Who will my new doctor be? When can I meet him/her. I will go with a long list. That prep---- ick and ugh.....

Often we our bad bacteria become greater than our good bacteria, and it can cause all the things that you say that you are having as well as allergies. I pray that it is something so simple. Your medical staff sounds like mine lately, all retiring or moving away. I am glad the prep is behind you and hopefully you won't have to have it again for a few years.

Posted by Beverly on 12/17/2025, 5:13 pm, in reply to "How did the colonoscopy and endoscopy" It's when the top part of your stomach bulges up the the diaphragm into the chest cavity... can cause difficulty swallowing, reflux... need to find out what to do abou that. Yikes.
