This will give Paul a break - he's on the hook for dressing and my aunt will bring dessert 4) 2 more work days til I am off for 5 days. Looking forward to it 5) Ray and I are BOTH going to get downstairs in te New Year - we have a full set of exercise equipment there including a treadmill, weight machine and more

Triglycerides up 214 (150); HDL low at 60 (67); RDW is always high 15 (14.5)(has to do with size irregularity and volume of red blood cells. Was very pleased that all my iron levels are good. Stopped taking iron months ago due to such horrible constipation so was afraid it would be low. If it was, she said to hake 2 Flintstones Vit because people have reported less constipation. A1C, Vit B and D all good. Only working 2 days next week. Nice weather Doc said my wound looked good and is closed. Because it wasn't surgically closed, it is a crevice. It looks like my crack goes up half my back!! That won't change. I don't care! Back is STILL scaly from all dressing tape even after all this time and tons of lotion! Itches sometimes.
