My five… Posted by Cindy on 12/21/2025, 3:30 pm, in reply to "Sunday grats..." 1. That my parents didn’t stop after 6 kids! 2. All the birthday wishes from you sweet ladies! You make me feel special. 3. I found where I put my card that I have to take to the DMV to renew my license tomorrow. I should have done it Friday but completely forgot! 4. A phone call from Adam and Chaz to wish me a Happy Birthday! Loved hearing from them! 5. All the blessings we have. God is good.

A handmade wreath with dogs featured AND....10 free days of daycare! A $250 savings! Started watching The West Wing. Just as good as.I remember. I was on my feet a lot yesterday and my back hurts. Actually had to lay down for a bit yesterday. I have to remember that I still have a whole lot less pain than I had before! Only working 2 days this week. I have my own office starting this week! Not going to decorate it as much as the one I had before but, am transplanting some of my plants and taking them in. I've kept a couple in pots that are too small but nothing bigger would fit in my kitchen windowsill. I found some pretty pots in my mudroom closet. Will add some art at some point.

Five for me... Posted by Joan on 12/21/2025, 9:16 am, in reply to "Sunday grats..." 1. Sunday - Last Sunday before Christmas! Where did the time go? 2. Can't wait until our son gets here. I will probably be MIA while he's here. 3. Celebrating my birthday today. Going out to eat for turkey, stuffing, ham, green beans, mashed potatoes, and pumpkin pie. 4. Making peanut butter fudge for Treat Day! 5. FSF family and friends! I pray for all of you, your families, your friends in my daily prayers... and thank you for praying for me! Maintenance is a forever endeavor!

I always thought it would be hard to make. Do you go to midnight Mass or the vigil or Christmas Day? We used to do Midnight Mass but I just don’t think I can do it this year with my shoulder and knee. I have been praying for Hannah to come back to church. She’s really not been active as an adult and she’s 29 years old now. She called me earlier in the night asking me what time midnight Mass is and telling me something inside her has been guiding her toward going and now she wants to! At least to that one. Do I think she’s going to go regularly? Not yet, but I’ll keep Praying for her and dedicating rosaries! Sorry I know that’s long, I’m just excited to see prayer working. I didn’t think she would come back. You never know. Hugs Joan
