1) quiet day at the radio station - not a lot of listeners interacting today so I'm picking out some songs I haven't played in a while on the "All Request" show
2) Ray is working away on the kitchen. He has refinished a cart top and 2 shelves
3) got 4000 steps done on my CUBII this morning. We got a new rowing machine from amazon and Ray put it together so I'll give that a try sometime this week
4) heading for a loss tomorrow and looking forward to success in 2026
5) how much God has blessed myself and Ray. Words can't even suffice to say how thankful I am for the blessings bestowed
Took a water pill yesterday and peed away almost 6 pounds away. I was so swollen and my joints, especially my elbows, hurt so much.
Took Cosette for a long walk, partly in the woods yesterday. Everything is new to her from walking on the street, a wooded path, decking built at various places in the woods. She's been exposed to cars coming up behind us and coming toward us, unexpected people who show up on the paths, people walking dogs, bicycles, joggers, dogs barking from within their house as we walk by. She is very anxious when these things happen and tucks her tail completely under her body. I talk soothingly to her and that seems to help. Hopefully this will all become commonplace for her and the walks will just be fun. She is happy as can be when it's just us. I think this is really good for her socialization.
Jenn's husband put my big duck picture up! I had it in my Discovery office but took it home when I left and hung it in my home office. It is now right above my desk and makes me happy every time I look at it. He also assembled my coffee table and a book shelf/plant stand. It's starting to come together. Waiting on more artwork to show up.
Only behind 4 treatment plans but the rest need to be updated. I feel more organized.
Start at the office 2 days a week instead of one this week.
I hope you'll take a few pictures of your office when it's completed.

I agree, I think Co will eventually become more comfortable with your walks.
