The easiest way to avoid regrets is to ask yourself this question, "If not now, when?" It's a powerful way to put life and our decisions about how we spend our time into perspective"

What are you grateful for today?
My Tuesday Gratitude

I got some good sleep last night. I have been getting very little and just junk sleep for over a week. I finally went to sleep around 2:30 am, and my husband and Poppy let me sleep until 11:30. I feel almost human today.
I talked to my mother yesterday, and she said she felt better than she had for over a week. She also got a lot of sleep yesterday. She said she had slept over 11 hours, including the nap she had in the afternoon, and she was sleepy at 10 PM, so she was on her way to bed.
My brother and his daughter are still feeling better. I don't know what they had, but it was rough. COVID, Flu, and RSV were negative. The doctor called it just a virus that had caused an upper respiratory infection.
That Alexa will play a playlist based on songs we have requested without actually fiddling with a playlist. We enjoy almost everything she plays for us, and if we don't, we can say "skip," and she won't play songs similar to it again. I don't know why we took so long to use this feature; control issues, maybe. We have only been using it for a few months, although we knew it was there.
I am really enjoying using a concordance and a topical Bible to study the Bible this year. Reading the parts that relate makes so much more sense to me.
