The easiest way to avoid regrets is to ask yourself this question, "If not now, when?" It's a powerful way to put life and our decisions about how we spend our time into perspective"

Mr. Carlson is slowly improving. (Remember when Krista was a Carlson? It took me a minute)
John was discharged home and will continue to have a workup.
I canceled my hair appointment Friday as well as my dentist appointment tomorrow. Sort of feeling overwhelmed with stuff to do. I usually get my hair done every 6 weeks. The next one is only 4 weeks away so I an wait. I am taking Lew and Blake to the new vet tomorrow. Have to really scrub Lewis down. He's so stinky. I think I'm overwhelmed with all of that. Catching a cat, bathing a dog, seeing a vet who was once a client. By virtue of what I do, clients tend to project all kinds of positive things on us human therapists. I'm afraid Katie will see frailties in me when she sees how overweight Lew is. Silly, I know. I mentioned that to her and she said, "NO judgment here."
Bill to go with me. I can't lift Lew in and out of the car and managing both of them is too much.
