I am trying to find different ways to switch up my meals. I forgot about turkey burgers... 20 grams of protein. I am always looking for protein. (I miss dairy products.)

I used to cook them in Worchestershire sauce with about a teaspoon of butter (you can leave off the butter, but I was too low on fat at the time). I would have one every day in a low-carb tortilla or lettuce leaves. I also like salmon burgers. If you can't find them, there are lots of WW salmon patty recipes online.
