My five… Posted by Cindy on 5/4/2026, 8:10 pm, in reply to "Monday gratitudes…" 1. Back to work today after several days off with Ken. 2. Ken didn’t hurt himself very badly after falling out of bed during his nap yesterday. It scared me to pieces when it happened! We were both sleeping soundly when I heard this loud thud. Ken was on the floor moaning! He was having a bad dream and was running to get away when he fell out of bed! He scraped his arm on the wall on his way down and hit his head on the nightstand. His shoulder was really hurting and I had him rub Aches and Pains (from Vitality Extracts) on it at bedtime last night and it did the trick. Ken said this morning he couldn’t believe his shoulder quit hurting so quickly! 3. A busy day at work. I worked 2 hours extra on Friday so I took off 2 hours early today. Guess who got a nap! 4. Oatmeal. Love it! 5. This day and all it has to offer. God is good.

I first heard about them on either Facebook or Tik Tok but read a lot of reviews and wanted to try them. They always have great deals and in each order I get it has a $25 coupon in there that I can use (in the next 7 days). I swear by Frankincense for my knees and elbows. I have both the balm and the oil. The balm I just rub in my knees and elbows. I have a very sore elbow and when I use Frankincense it keeps the pain at bay for about 48 hours so I use it daily. The post-vacation blues set in this morning. I guess going back to work signals the end of vacation! So lucky to have been able to do all I've done,seen all I've seen. My furbabies. Each unique. Eye appointment a week from today to get measured for my cataract surgeries. Can't wait to get this.blur gone! I hope a surgery date can be scheduled soon after the appointment.
