So I can’t really tell you which one works better!! Sorry! Let me know what you end up ordering-and remember you probably won’t be able to tell a difference immediately-but one day you just notice you feel better!!

I only got 1 oz pure frankincense and a frankincense roll on I hope I can refill. I was doing some reading and the aches and pains seems to be mostly frankincense w things for warmth I will try it next if I like this one and probably the balm but I wanted to start somewhere. It cost me 13.00 shipped for the 2 That was good You know I read with a different company before you can take any oil and use a good neutral lotion or aquaphor and make a balm
