I have been unable to eat gluten myself for a few years now due to a health condition and have struggled severely with being able to eat out or even buy nice (non crumbly) food for myself in the shops. It has therefore occurred to me that I could make it myself for others who struggle too as I have always enjoyed baking it.
This has brought me to a conclusion where I must find out how to be certified gluten free and what I must perhaps go through to get this.
Any other advice you can offer I would appreciate as I said I am in the very early stages.
Does anyone know anything about setting up a general food business.
