Have a Panasonic SD-2500. Recipe I use was from a BBC Good Food mag; 450ml milk, 2 tbsp sunflower oil, 1 tbsp white wine vinegar, 1 tbsp caster sugar, 100g corn flour, 300g brown bread flour, 85g potato starch, 2tbsp soya flour, 2 tbsp soya flour, 2 tsp xantham gum, 100g mixed seeds, 50g walnuts, 7g easy bake yeast
I find you can vary the flours slightly, have never used the soya flour for example and often use some rice flour for upto 50g of the brown bread portion.
