My problem is although Iím Diagnosed as a Celiac, I donít have any symptoms. So I wonít know if I have a reaction to a very small amount of gluten in yeast extract or malt vinegars etc.
I have no why to tell if Iíve been glutened, itís really tricky.
I just want to know for sure that iím Not doing any more damage to my small intestine villi so it will recover.
Also say if I have a few crumbs of bread though a cross contamination oversite, what damage will that do to my intenstine and how far will that set me back say if Iíve been GF for 6 months.
