When posting messages that contain useful information please only use smilies at the start and end of the message to make it easier to copy it to the supplementary board. It is even more helpful if you post a copy of useful information on the supp board yourself.

I add 2tsp of extra baking powder to it, just to make sure they rise. I also add sultanas before the eggs and milk. I soak the sultanas in hot water for a few hours, then drain, this makes them plump up. I usually double the recipe and freeze them, 30 secs in the microwave defrosts as and when you want one
