Annoyingly it won't let me post a direct link to the sandwich, but if you go to https://www.costa.co.uk/menu you should be able to find it and see a list of ingredients which unfortunately does include sunflower seeds.

I've tried it and, although I thought it was OK and would have it again if it was the only convenient option, I've found nicer non-toasted gf sandwiches in M&S. I'm OK with seeds and can't remember whether they were on seeded bread.
