Hi Bill. Firstly, many congratulations on the arrival of your new grandson.
Secondly, are you allowed in the kitchen unaccompanied??
I'm amazed that you got away with no effects, after so long without gluten I would have expected a terrible reaction. Glad you're okay.
It's something I have often thought about (hoped for!). If a gluten allergy can suddenly start for no apparent reason (I was 48 when I started to react and had no issues before that) then could it just stop??
Not sure I want to test that theory though haha.
