Had a jacket spud and cheese for a quick lunch, this came very quickly which should have set alarm bells ringing, it was luke warm and had obviously been made and standing around for some time.
I should have complained but we really hadn't time to spend. Being M&S it wasn't cheap, expect better off them, this was following queuing up for ages waiting for one of these dam machines to be free for ordering. I'm not a technophobe so the machine itself doesn't bother me but its ok for a cuppa but I much prefer to see a large menu set out before me to browse.
