So over to The frozen section Frozen broccoli heads hmmm!? So 1kg pack But I only want A hand full So. Placed in a microwave steam bowl ( ok Can use pot with clingfilm🙂 One teaspoon of boiling water! On goes prevented top 800w microwave 4mins (will soften up the storks!) Open up ( watch it it's hot) check the texture. Turn over with a scion to get water all over! ( ok you have saved heating water and money! Enjoy! Just a share ! Draining water!

Particularly peas, spinach, beans, broccoli and cauliflower. No waste and apparently can be better for you than fresh as it is frozen straight after picking, whereas fresh can be cold stored for weeks.
