When posting messages that contain useful information please only use smilies at the start and end of the message to make it easier to copy it to the supplementary board. It is even more helpful if you post a copy of useful information on the supp board yourself.

I did some googling and one suggestion to stop these posts is to have CAPTCHA or something similar ie when submitting a post you have to tick a box to confirm you are a human. Apparently some board hosts provide this free of charge whilst others will make a small monthly charge dependant on the amount of postings to a site.
