Abergavenny Cafe

Forgive me if this cafe has already been mentioned but it's well worth a reminder.

What a super place. The owner is very clued up on cross contamination and the menu is marked with GF etc. They can do sandwiches and toast which they prepare separately.

Plus the owner makes her own cakes, with a selection of gluten/wheat free ones which she makes with rice flour. We had a nice lunch then took some slices of cake away with us - had a choice of lemon curd+cream sponge cake or Victoria sponge. Opted for the lemon, soft & fluffy - divine!!

If you've never been, Abergavenny is a lovely little town with some nice shops and a market hall to browse round. Oh, and a castle.
