When posting messages that contain useful information please only use smilies at the start and end of the message to make it easier to copy it to the supplementary board. It is even more helpful if you post a copy of useful information on the supp board yourself.

Symptoms Posted by Elaine on 3/6/2024, 11:57:30 Hi all, I am coeliac but also have IBS. I find it diificult because a Gluten free diet does not help IBS (diahrea etc). Any one else have a similar difficulty in balancing the two?

I'm down with diarrhoea today which I think might have been attributable to eating 2 delicious plums from a friend's garden. The GF diet really isn't that great for our guts. I've tried everything with little success.
