When posting messages that contain useful information please only use smilies at the start and end of the message to make it easier to copy it to the supplementary board. It is even more helpful if you post a copy of useful information on the supp board yourself.

I could live without GF bread & pizza but would certainly miss rice pasta. I would make more use of vegetables and other naturally gf items but would never go ‘off diet’. Not trying to sound critical but this was my first reaction on reading it.

In his position I would simply go without and as Ross says I would look at naturally gluten free food. Eating gluten regularly would make it difficult to go to work and I would simply struggle with every day life as I did pre diagnosis .
