I went with him and and we stayed in the Hotel across from his office. I didn't have any trouble, the Restaurants knew about Gluten Free meals for me. I also found in the underground Supermarkets that there were a lot of gluten free products I could buy, if I wanted to make any sandwiches. Also market stalls that sold fresh fruit everyday. Janice

Maybe have a nosey at that and see if it's helpful? Have a great trip.

A lot of American Supermarkets crop up in malls. Schar & other manufactueres. The only time I had a problem was when I went on a British Airways flight and the only thing they could offer was a banana & an orange. Even though I'd ordered meals before I flew to Australia. I'm a Diabetic as well. But I always take something with me if this happens. Janice

Ενώ είχα κανονίσει ειδικό γεύμα, το μόνο που υπήρχε διαθέσιμο ήταν ένα μικρό σνακ. Έπειτα διάβασα στο https://liberta-news.gr για το πώς αρκετοί ταξιδιώτες στην Ελλάδα προετοιμάζονται εκ των προτέρων, έχοντας πάντα μαζί τους επιλογές κατάλληλες για τη διατροφή τους. Από τότε το κάνω κι εγώ — είναι απίστευτο πόσο πιο ήρεμο νιώθεις όταν έχεις τον έλεγχο σε τέτοιες καταστάσεις.
