When posting messages that contain useful information please only use smilies at the start and end of the message to make it easier to copy it to the supplementary board. It is even more helpful if you post a copy of useful information on the supp board yourself.

Re: Yoghurt Posted by Bill D on 15/2/2026, 12:11:44, in reply to "Re: Yoghurt" As one of the old brigade, 84 now, that was diagnosed over 30 years ago with Coeliac disease, I have learned that even in these better informed and labelled days, I rely mainly on reading ingredients to decide if they will be ok, if its says GF as well then all the better. If you rely totally on GF labels you will have a restricted choice and/or costly. Bill D.
