Italian Vacumatic: the Webster "Saratoga"

When, in the 1940s, Parker pens were no longer sold in Italy for political reasons, the Italian Parker distributor started manufacturing a domestic version of the Vacumatic. He called it the Saratoga and it was an excellent pen, as good as the Parker it was meant to replace.
