This is the last page of this particular 80 pages sketchbook which I started to use in July last year. At one sketch per sheet, this sketchbook is filled with not only sketches, but for me, it's the memories of vintage pens that I came across, restored, and many of the have since found a new home where they are loved.
Like this "American" pen from the 1940s. The color and pattern on the material would look particularly at home on let's say a 1968 Pontiac Firebird. The ends finials also sport a big white dot, which probably (and whimsically) could be interpreted as a jab at both Sheaffer and Montblanc.
The nib has been upgraded with a very nice Eversharp 14k gold. Writing in Fine.
So there we go, onto a new sketchbook. I have yet decided which one, fortunately (or unfortunately, haha.. ) I have a few to choose from.
