Years ago I found a very nice Corona desk pen set. The celluloid material is similar to a mottle tan/brown. The filling system essentially works the same as your Goldfink.
The Corona desk pen set
The rotating cam operates exactly the same as the Goldfink. The end cap screws down onto a matching cam that will rotate the cam you see on the pen barrel. This cam will depress the pressure bar to deflate/inflate the ink sac. In this case the taper of the pen is rotated clockwise
Corona U.S. Patent 1540763 issued to Samuel V. Corona July 9, 1925. Corona was a former employee of Parker Pen and founded Corona Pen Co in Janesville July, 1923. Corona later moved to Antioch, IL which happens to be about 20 miles north of where I used to live. Hence, the likelihood this Corona desk pen set was owned by a customer or employee of Corona Pen.
Today the same building that housed Corona Pen is now an outlet store for Pickard China in Antioch, IL. I used to visit Pickard China as I would sell their custom decorated products to corporations for promotional purposes. At the time I did not know the Corona connection. What a surprise!
When I found this desk set it was before having a digital camera. The images are from the courtesy of David Nishimura.
