When I decided to get a bit more serious about pen collecting Cliff was there to guide me - and sell me my first "serious" pen - a Doric Airliner in silver blue shell.
He was generous with his time - always available to share his knowledge and provide sage advice.
I was looking forward to seeing and chatting with him at the Ohio show this year. Osman too as they were inseparable.
It won't be the same without him.
