A number of answers come to mind...
Firstly, the SCRIBO website states that there is a 3-year warranty on its instruments. This sounds like a warranty issue to me. If you are the first owner (i.e. you didn’t buy the pen on the secondary market), you should contact the shop/company from whom you bought the pen for assistance.
Secondly, Goldspot out of New Jersey was one of the first, if not the first, of companies in the US to officially carry SCRIBO. They may be able to help.
Lastly, you can directly contact SCRIBO in Italy, via email or Instagram, and ask them how to proceed.
If you are not the first owner, options 2 or 3 may still get you what you need, but there may be a fee involved.
