first, is it legit silver or gold plated silver ( vermeil ) ?

I googled and found nothing of the sort .
It doesn’t read Italy neither on top of hallmarks ( cap ) nor on end of barrel ( near hallmarks ).
Nib looks different from any of its Reminiscense siblings.
It could be a variant but I donkt know .
