It is a Delta nib that originally resided on a Dolcevita piston filler. It was nibmeistered into a 0.7 cursive italic (or the like) by, I think, Mike Masuyama. Somehow, the combination of the girth and balance of that Dolcevita (posted), the nib shape, and my writing style never felt quite right. At some point, through playing musical nibs, the Dolcevita acquired a nib from another pen, and I decided to try the Delta nib in the PT LE. The combo worked out much better and felt more natural, especially unposted (I was reminded today).
Now I will have to go find the Dolcevita and see what nib is in it , and I am also wondering where the original LE nib got stashed.
p.s. I finally mailed off my Ogiva Arco to The Pen Family a week ago. Hopefully I'll hear back soon on what they will do.
Cheers!
