By burping I mean, ink pools on the underside of the nib, and after a while gravity takes its toll.
The pen in question is a vintage parker, with a christmas tree feed. The nib is a dip pen nib that I put in myself. If anything, the nib/feed is too tight in the section. The nib seems to be sitting right on the feed.
Any ideas on why the pen burps, and more to the point, whether it can be fixed? Or should I forget about this combination of nib/feed/pen?
Thanks
Christos
