The only fountain pens manufacturer in Alabama was Artcraft Pen Company, located in Birmingham from 1920-34, then relocated to Buenos Aires, Argentina, where they continued making pens until around 1960. I have been making and selling the Moonwalk Pen since April, 2021, but am preparing to introduce a second pen, so I really needed a company name. Since I am in Alabama, I decided to follow in the footsteps of those who have brought back Eversharp, Conklin, and others, by bringing back the Artcraft name. Our first product will be introduced at the upcoming Ohio Pen Show as a collaboration with Jonathan Veley's Legendary Pencil Company. It will be in a pen and pencil set, made to emulate the style of vintage Chased Black Hard Rubber pens. The set will be shown on the Legendary Pencil Company's sales table at the show. If you are going, please stop by.
