it was a c1900's Waterman ripple with the name PROVISOR engraved.
It was wired for a store display. I guess it may have been a repair mounted for display. From Canada where I was born, may have belonged to a long lost relative. I bought it. An evil person I know bid it up knowing I wanted it.
