A few hours ago I got a refund notice from the auction site, just saying that the item 'could not be shipped internationally', and that there were 'export restrictions'. Seller gets to keep the money, I get refund and the auction site keeps the pen. Which is a bit weird. Wouldn't they just ship the pen back to the seller and reverse the transaction? Item is not cheap, thus it's not just a matter of not spending more on shipping etc. Is this a casualty of the current administrations policies, like the less than 24 hour ban by the USPS on receiving items sent from HK?
