The PCA library used to be behind a pay wall. When I was president we opened up the library so that people could search things like Len's files for free. But as they say TANSTAAFL. Costs are there, so if you search, maybe you can take the time to support the work of the PCA. The Pennant is an excellent publication, always about pens, never lifestyle....
