Hello folks,

I don't know how many people on this board attend pen shows or read other pen sites online, so I thought I would pass this along. It happened to a venerable presence on the pen circuit, Andre Mora. He suffered a major theft at the Madrid Pen Show and has all the hallmarks of an organized group. I've seen some comments online that there is an active criminal element in Spain targeting fountain pens and related hobbies.

I couldn't find any of my text based sources, as they had scrolled off, but I did find one that had screen-shot a posting on Instagram that gives all the basic information; I found these images in a posting on FPN, but the chatter that followed didn't have any other helpful information.

Obviously, if you see any of these items for sale you should alert at least Mr. Mora, if not authorities, though I don't have any information as to how to do that. I merely want to spread the word as far as possible.

I'm not enjoying our current era, that's certain.
