Dave, thank you. FPN is probably going away, due to the continuous difficulties with the management of the site, and lack of engagement with other pen people. I'll keep a presence on r/fountainpens as long as I can, because it is a wide forum to interact with a lot of people who are new to fountain pens, and I can be of help. I mean, you have to put up with a lot of, uh, youthful nonsense, but that is part of what being young is all about. I vaguely remember being young...

These days I have a fair amount of stuff to do in the real world on some important other projects, and keeping our local (San Diego) pen club humming is a priority, too. I'm not saying I won't stop in to say hello, but I have to reduce the number of daily visits/habits to keep my focus. We never know how many years we have to finish our story.
