All of them would look much better as two smaller bandeau's.
Many thanks Hans, for the find!
The combination of two different tiaras is a fashion that has sometimes led to quite strange results. Some I find quite appealing, like the Marichalar Tiara of Princess Elena of Spain

or the Westphalian Tiara (maybe by Koch?)
https://www.sothebys.com/en/auctions/ecatalogue/2007/noble-jewels-ge0708/lot.338.html ,
others more doubtful.
The motive is usually to create a larger, more impressive tiara, but Princess Beatrice's example is, in my opinion, one of the less successful ones. The base is strange, illogical in design and I donīt think it was created from an existing meander tiara. Neither the proportions are right nor do the stair-like elements bear any resemblance to the meander windings.
Anyway, the new base found, worn by Queen Ena, at least seems coherent, and there is a strikingly similar piece, the Howe Tiara. I think a connection of the two base pieces is rather unlikely. The fringe elements are different anyway.
