I have asked at The Royal Forums when the last it was worn
We know Silvia do like to wear historic jewllery with a Connection to a event.
So my guess is maybe a loan from the kings sister and the coronation was not a very jewlley "heavy" event. Maybe to wear a bracelet connected with a UK royal was a nod to the royal family.
