It's such a perfect piece. With only five stones you change it completely. 5 Pearls, diamonds, emeralds, aquamarines, amethysts or pink topaz and the tiara looks different every time. Very practical and it would make the ideal tiara for any princess who only has this tiara.
I personally prefer the turquoise version over the sapphire one.
Do we know who bought it?

Did she ever wear the tiara with turquoise instead of saphires?
In the auction photos it seems there are turquoise.
