I believe the set has two options for creating a tiara. The other option is with part of the necklace and that creates a more balanced set of jewellery.

I agree. The necklace is fabulous, the current bandeau created out of the braceltes is a disaster. Surely a jeweller could come up with a better frame to give it some height and a better shape. Perhaps some elements from the necklace could be added to give it more substance.
