Countess Marianne is still alive, she will be 100 next year !! She's been seen wearing a diamond tiara with a multi strand pearl collar necklace and an amthyst bandeau, count Michael could may be inherit these jewels one day even though countess Marianne has still a surviving daughter Marielle Tchang Lagergren.

Thanks to Stig, I saw a photo of her with her father, Count Michael and husband, Christoph Dieterne, which was published in Billedbladet. As far as I could tell, she did not wear a tiara or necklace, only modern looking hoop earrings. She looked very lovely, though, in a pink gown
You are referring to this photo from Drottningholm. I have not seen any photos of her from the banquet at Stockholm Palace.
