My guess is that the modern Ansorena fleur-de-lys tiara, which was only worn once in public by Queen Letizia, has been reserved for Leonor. What would otherwise be the reason for not regularly wearing it? It would suit a princess very well.

Thank you for this information, I had not seen this visit mentioned earlier. There also appears to be plans for a Spanish state visit to the Netherlands during Spring 2024.

It seems Charles and Camilla are making a formal visit to Spain in the first part of 2024. It resulted in speculation about Leonor's first tiara.
Will she wear one of the family pieces or did she get a new one for herself?
It will be interesting to see what she gets to wear.
