I’d like to say they are natural emeralds, with diamonds, and pearls. However the large center emerald looks like it could be a lab-grown stone because it is so clear. We hardly ever see emeralds with no inclusions.
But who knows, maybe it’s all synthetic? Still, I think it’s cool and I love an emerald tiara.
